Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Product Manager to join our Growth team, responsible for optimizing conversion rates across our international and local websites. The successful candidate will enhance user engagement and drive conversions by implementing data-driven strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our web platforms. The work will be mostly around paywalls, monetisation, landing pages, subscription cancellation, reactivation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO) that align with Career.io’s growth objectives.
• Lead the lifecycle management of website features, partnering with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that boost conversions.
• Utilize analytics and A/B testing to assess feature performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Manage the backlog for the conversion rate optimization
• Run multiple A/B tests, report on the results and propose new changes
• Engage with users to gather feedback and identify needs to inform product enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends to keep Career.io's offerings competitive and innovative.
